Policies Worth Noting

We know you have many choices when it comes to your child’s dental care, and we’re honored you’ve chosen us. To make life easier, scheduling an appointment is simple — just give us a call or request online through our website. We work hard to find appointment times that fit your family’s busy rhythm, and each reserved time is set aside exclusively for your child.

To keep things running smoothly for all our patients, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel. When notice is given, we happily waive cancellation fees. Please note that repeated late arrivals or missed appointments may result in dismissal from the practice — we want to make sure every child has fair access to our high quality care.

For our youngest patients (under 5 years old), morning appointments are reserved to ensure they are at their happiest and most cooperative. Once children reach 1st grade, they are welcome to take advantage of after-school times. If requested, we are happy to provide school excuse notes for parents or children.

Restorative procedures — such as fillings, crowns, or extractions — are always scheduled in the morning. Children and teens do best when they are fresh, alert, and haven’t eaten recently, which helps them have a smoother, more positive experience.
